Easy Method for making Kale omelet
This is a good way of getting protein and greens in breakfast. Kale is considered a superfood with lot of goodness and just having it in smoothies makes it monotonous so trying to create different variations to have it in the mornings .Enjoy this easy recipe.
Portion - 1 person
Difficulty level - Easy peasy
Ingredients
Finely chopped Kale -1 cup
Eggs -2
Nutritional yeast - 1 teaspoon
Salt - to taste
Oil or butter - 1 teaspoon
Method
Beat eggs in a bowl
Add kale, yeast and salt
If you like you can substitute yeast with cheese
Heat oil in a non stick pan and add egg mixture
Cook in low heat while covering the pan.This will allow the Omelet to cook evenly ,turn it over after few min to let the other side cook
Serve hot with avocados or salad
