Easy Method for making Kale omelet

This is a good way of getting protein and greens in breakfast. Kale is considered a superfood with lot of goodness and just having it in smoothies makes it monotonous so trying to create different variations to have it in the mornings .Enjoy this easy recipe.


  • Portion - 1 person

  • Difficulty level - Easy peasy


Ingredients

  • Finely chopped Kale -1 cup

  • Eggs -2

  • Nutritional yeast - 1 teaspoon

  • Salt - to taste

  • Oil or butter - 1 teaspoon

Method

  • Beat eggs in a bowl

  • Add kale, yeast and salt

  • If you like you can substitute yeast with cheese

  • Heat oil in a non stick pan and add egg mixture

  • Cook in low heat while covering the pan.This will allow the Omelet to cook evenly ,turn it over after few min to let the other side cook

  • Serve hot with avocados or salad

  • Enjoy!! 😍😍😍
